Family owned business , amazing coffee and food . Great family spot outside the SLC downtown we drive to check out this place . We love it . Amazing place for coffee lovers .

I stop here extremely often when I'm in the area coming from Ogden, and I never once believed people when they Salt Lake didn't have good coffee. Oh boy were they wrong! I've been visiting since Jan of 2024 and I usually partake in a Honey, Vanilla Breve, and pickup some beans. The bean quality is amazing and roasted small batch, as all coffee should be. I recommend the Zalmari Estate from Costa Rica. As for the staff, service never changes and always makes my day. I've had the chance to meet the family who runs it and they have been great. I'm always so happy to see a local business being involved in the fruit that their store bears. And last but not least, the coffee itself is always good. I have never had a bad cup and never once an experience other than exemplary.

We already tried a few coffee roasters in Salt Lake City and I can definitely tell that Kings Peak Coffee Roasters is the best! Smell and taste of good coffee, and baristas smile make you come back again and again while you’re in this amazing city. We were so happy to stop by before our SNB riding days and grab a cup of delicious espresso and legendary watermelon pour over! Loved this place! Special thanks for not usual and tasty avocado toast with cheese snd jelly!! Yummy yummy!!

King's Peak was part of an initial search for local coffee shops I wanted to try out. I'm very glad I finally made my way here. It was a bit tricky to get here, but I found myself in a really cozy and welcoming place. Walking in it's relaxed environment just feels right. They have their coffee beans on display and coffee brewing equipment. To my surprise, vynyl records too! That was a fun surprise. I got a pour over coffee, a geisha, and it was incredibly delicious. It was as smooth and sweet flavor. A very well done cup that I would get again if available. My fiance and I also got ourselves a bagel, a concha, and an avocado toast. The food was great, and the service was truly top notch. The coffee and service truly sold me as a favorite place to go to. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Excellent coffee quality if you are looking for beans that are not over roasted (we specifically had the Guatemala drip). The banana/ almond butter toast (named The Bob Marley) was outstanding. Our barista was incredibly friendly, welcomed us to the city (we are visiting from out of town), and even gave some helpful suggestions for what to see while in town. Lovely shop, great coffee / food, and fabulous staff. What else could you ask for in a local coffee shop?!

Super neat place with good drinks and food/pastries! We came here with some friends as this is part of the Salt Lake City Passport (coffee book) and they recommended the cinnamon cappuccino. We did not get this drink but we had the Hot Chocolate and S’mores Latte for drinks and The Bob Marley Toast and Everything Bagel w cream cheese. All were quite delicious! I wish I would’ve gotten the Chocolate Cronut, but next time! The atmosphere is super neat and feels warm and cozy. The record room and art is super neat as well. Highly recommend!!

Great coffee shop just outside of the city. It’s a little hard to find but once you do, it’s golden. The coffee here was well made; I got a honey and cinnamon cappuccino that had the perfect ratio of milk and foam to espresso. The macchiato here was very smooth as well! The avocado toast is good, it’s nothing extravagant but tastes great all the same (especially with the tomato jam on the speciality toast)! The service was lovely. Each barista I talked to was very naturally kind and easy to talk to. One of them even gave us a free chia to try, which they make in house. It’s on the sweeter side but a good chia all around. The building itself has lots of little treasures as well. They roast their own coffee and love to show their customers where all the magic happens. There is an art gallery in the back and a small record walk-in closet near the front. It’s a great place to catch up with someone or do your work alone as it’s a calm and peaceful space.

I recently started making espresso at home. I was looking for a place I could trust to provide great beans with awesome consistency and flavor. I went in this last weekend to try out their lattes. I was super happy with it. The store is super cozy and the baristas were very nice. So I bought some beans, went home and 'quickly' dialed in my shots. I am extremely happy with how my drinks have turned out both at home and from your own great baristas. Thanks for being an awesome source I can rely on!
